Comprehensive Training Program
Sotheby’s International Realty offers its associates a variety of on-line courses to improve your selling skills and market knowledge .

Initially, you attend a small class conducted by the President of the company to acclimate you to the traditions, practices and standards of the organization.

Regular sales meetings are fact-filled opportunities to share your expertise and pick up pointers from your peers in the office.

One-on-one training with our staff sharpens your skills in writing compelling copy and taking sparkling photographs.

Annual Global Networking Meeting of Sotheby’s International Realty exposes you to a worldwide perspective on your profession.

Quarterly, you Plan for Success with a review of your progress against goals and examine your opportunities for growth in the year ahead.

Relocation Sales Opportunities
We initiated an innovative program to create a Greater Boston area source of incoming leads and outbound referrals. As an agent you actively participate in this program once qualified by the Employee Relocation Council.
